About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in children and young people’s lives, providing person-led, holistic,

trauma-informed support to young people on their journey out of homelessness? Do you have perseverance, and a commitment

to never give up hope in people?

Our Young People’s Supported Housing Service is funded by Southwark Council to provide supported accommodation to care

experienced young people (with the status as looked after children or care leavers), and/or young people at risk of

homelessness within the North of the Borough:
