About the Role
The Role:
The SEND 1:1 Support Practitioner is responsible for providing dedicated, individual support to a child with Special
Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). The role focuses on enabling the child to access learning opportunities,
develop independence, and fully participate in nursery life in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide consistent 1:1 support to a named child in line with their individual needs, targets, and care plans
