About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 to join The Special Needs School Nursing service in Trafford. This is an

exciting time to join our ever growing service to support CYP with complex health needs and specialists in SEND as we

drive the service forward.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the patient group and will have

experience in working independently and as part of the wider multidisciplinary team.
