About the Role

The Perseid School in Morden is looking for Band 5 Registered Nurses with Special needs experience to join the Team on

Bank as part of Epsom & St Helier University NHS Trust.

Please note, applicants will need to be able to commit to a long term booking,Monday - Friday 08:15-16:15

Key Requirements are Medication administration, enteral feeding, special needs experience/ school setting experience.

The School Nursing Team deliver health care to children with complex health needs aged 3-19 attending Perseid school.

They are responsible for undertaking health assessments, completing and updating care plans, managing emergency
