About the Role

Job Summary The post holder will work collaboratively with other professionals involved in the care of children

including Childrens Therapists, Educational Staff, School Nursing and Social Services to support and empower children,

young people and their families, improve health and give every child the opportunity to develop their full potential.

Main Responsibilities and Duties The post-holder will ensure that all areas of practice adhere to all current NMC

guidance. Ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered at all times by supporting regular monitoring and

evaluating patient outcomes. Safely administer prescribed medications, monitor their effects and report all medication
