About the Role
Are you an experienced Clinical Pharmacist looking for a unique opportunity?
We are looking for a pharmacist with a proven track record supporting acutely unwell medical and surgical patients, to
work in the Virtual Hospital in West Essex.
The team cares for acutely unwell patients in homes. We enable patients to remain at home by preventing unnecessary
admissions to hospital and by supporting them to leave hospital earlier to continue their treatment at home.This
includes the utilisation of remote technology to provide a safe alternative to hospital admission.
