About the Role
Are you a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN)?
School Nursing Team in North Herts and Stevenage are looking to recruit a full time SCPHN.
This role will enable you to fulfill your Public Health role delivering the 5-19 Healthy Child Programme (HCP) as well
as working with SCPHNs, Team Leaders and Clinical Leads across Hertfordshire to continually improve the quality of
service offered to children and young people. Hertfordshire Community Trust (HCT) are committed to developing the skills
of all nurses and offer a range of leadership courses as well as restorative and safeguarding supervision.
