About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
Carlisle Wellbeing and Treatment Centre. School Nursing Service. The post holder will work as a member of the School
Health Team to deliver the Universal Child Health Promotion Programme, Healthy Child Healthy Future 2010 in a variety of
settings for example school, clinic or home. The post holder will work in partnership with the school aged population,
their families, educational staff and other agencies to assess, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care in
schools and community settings to address identified health needs. He /she will work collaboratively with other
