About the Role
Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills are required to provide information and to establish and
maintain working relationships with a wide range of colleagues. Engagement with patients, relatives and carers,
individually and in groups, ina variety of community and clinical settings, using a range of communication formats,
including virtual platforms. To work with the Diabetes team in planning, delivering, developing andauditing the diabetes
education programmes. To provide education for patients individually and in groups. Responsible for providing highly
developed and complex clinical andnutritional information to people with diabetes and other members of the
