We are welcoming applications for a Specialist Diabetes Podiatrist to join our Multi-disciplinary (MDT) Foot Team at the

Thomas Addison Diabetes Department at St George's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. St George’s Hospital is the Vascular

Hub Site for South- West London and so the team are instrumental in the care of patients escalated for specialist

vascular care from neighbouring spoke hospitals.
