About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Adult Integrated Care Dietetic team as

a Band 6 Specialist Dietitian. The team work across community settings in the boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark

including intermediate care settings, care homes, domiciliary care and in general practices.
