Specialist Falls Nurse

About the Role

Be able to manage time effectively and identify priorities of care delivery and Falls service Caseload. Able to manage

and maintain standards of the Falls Service; led by defined guidelines, protocols, procedures, codes of conduct and

followed at own discretion and caseload responsibility. Responding and escalating to changes in the needs and/or

environment. Supporting in the planning to ensure effective use of staff and resources. Refer to and work with

multidisciplinary teams to develop and support the service user, family and carers; providing specialised advice on

complex patient care and management support with mitigation and specialist advice on care and the management whilst
