About the Role
We are currently working in partnership with a client in Darlington to appoint an experienced Specialist Family
Practitioner (SFP) to join their Children in Need Team.
As a SFP, you will play a vital part in delivering early intervention and support, providing direct work with children,
supervising family contact sessions, and working with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for those we support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake home visits and provide practical, parenting, and emotional support to families
