About the Role

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To provide senior clinical decision-making oversight of patients on Frays ward,

ensuring that decisions fully incorporate the risk assessments and clinical presentations of patients. This will include

providing support and advice on alternative services should admission to Frays ward not be required Detailed clerking,

history taking and initiation of all necessary investigations and assessments for patients, including physical health

Establishing, initiating and evaluating treatment plans and risk assessments in collaboration with the
