About the Role

As well as the clinical duties above, the successful candidate will be required to: Liaise with patient families to

discuss the patients progress, goals and achievable outcomes. Provide information to patients and family in a way that

they can understand. Co-ordinate with nursing and ward staff. Maintain an open and honest dialogue with the Pharmacist,

Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. Planning & Organisation: You will be expected to attend departmental

meetings. You will be expected to attend weekly radiology meetings to discuss difficult cases. Further details can be
