We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist with skills in postural management, falls prevention, frailty

management, rehabilitation, MSK and health promotion to join our Specialist team. Working in Community Learning

Disabilities gives opportunity to use all these skills and more in a varied job role.

The adults on your caseload will all have a Learning Disability, some may have multiple co-morbidities such as Downs

Syndrome & Dementia and complex communication difficulties. You will see a large variety of physical conditions, working
