JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapy Team Leader to join our developing primary
care Mental Health Team in the East locality of Southampton. You will be based within GP surgeries and working with
service users of adult working age including older persons with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. You will
work within scope of practice so if have worked within specialities these skills will be transferable.
