Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, one-to-one mentoring to disabled students.
• Support students with various conditions, including ADHD and mental health issues.
• Implement strategies to promote independence and autonomy.
• Build professional relationships with a caseload of students.
• Empower students to develop necessary skills for successful learning.

Requirements

• Experience working with disabled students in education.
• Knowledge of impairments like Autism and ADHD.
• Undergraduate degree level 6 or above; relevant professional registration.
• Strong communication skills for effective student engagement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
