About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
The post holder will be responsible for providing professional nursing leadership, by developing standardised practice
across nursing teams in in specialised spinal clinical skills within orthopaedic units across South East
They will promote professional development of the nursing team in addition to ensuring high quality spinal nursing care
across London and Kent (SELK) and East London Neurosciences Network objectives ; using the network’s objectives, Get it
Right First Time (GIRFT) framework and NHSE specifications.
