About the Role
1. To work with the clinical lead of the West Midlands Community Forensic LDA service to ensure the safe and effective
delivery of the service. 2. To work collaboratively and effectively with others to deliver the agreed nursing
responsibilities of the West Midlands Community Forensic LDA Service. 3. To be operationally responsible for the health
care and nursing staff employed in relation to the West Midlands Community Forensic LDA service, as directed by the
clinical lead and operational manager. 4. To be responsible for organising and overseeing the use of the physical
resources required to run the West Midlands Community Forensic LDA service. 5. To contribute to future developments of
