Specialist Nurse : Colorectal | Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust

About the Role

The post holder will support the colorectal nursing team in providing a Colorectal Service that is evidence based and

provides seamless care following agreed pathways.

The role will include assessment of patients with colorectal conditions and the development of individualised management

plans in conjunction with the colorectal surgeons. Support Enhance Recovery Program and new Colorectal Cancer patients

in Oncology Clinic. The provision of education to the colorectal patient is essential and the post holder will have

excellent communication skills.
