About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a Band 6/7 (depending on experience) Diabetes Specialist Nurse on a permanent part time (18.75

hours - 0.5 WTE) basis. This role will be based at our Broomfield Hospital site.

You will work as part of specialist MDT team to provide a specialised diabetes service for hospital in-patients and

outpatients supporting acaseloads of people with diabetes, utilising technologies such as continuous glucose monitoring,

insulin pump therapy and Hybrid closed loop systems.

You will provide clinical advice and support through education, training and health promotion for people with diabetes
