Band 6 Integrated Palliative Care Nurse Specialist. Are you a dedicated, experienced nurse who always strives to give
the highest standard of care to your patients? Do you have a particular interest in palliative care? We are seeking an
experienced and motivated nurse to work as part of this specialist palliative end of life Community service. This is an
exciting opportunity to be part of a professional, specialist palliative care team, who will work alongside members of
the wider multidisciplinary team of health and social care colleagues, both in the community and the acute care sectors.
