About the Role
Essential requirements for the post include: Registered practitioner e.g. RMN, Social Work, significant experience of a
leadership role in adult safeguarding, highly specialist knowledge and understanding of working with complex family
situations, mental health and substance misuse in relation to safeguarding adults, legal literacy in relation to adult
safeguarding and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and to recognise and support the needs of others in a
