About the Role
We have a exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist post withinthe Rural Alliance Care Community Team
based in Chowley and Ellesmere Port inpatient unit.
You will be part of an Integrated Care Community Team and hospital based team providing Therapy for patients in their
own home and in an inpatient setting. This will involve working with patientsto remain in their own home in community
and support with rehabilitation of patients in the hospital to support discharge home.
This role is working with the 2 teams team (community 3 days and inpatient 2 days), and will need to be flexible to
