About the Role
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced nurse with a passion for
Palliative and End of Life care to join our Acute Macmillan Specialist Palliative and End of Life Care Team. Weekend
working would be required on a rota basis.
The team are based at Scunthorpe General Hospital and provide highly specialist palliative care advice and support to
patients, their loved ones, and health care professionals on our in-patient wards. The team works closely with the
Consultant in Palliative Medicine, End of Life Care Team and Community based Macmillan Specialist Palliative Care Team
