About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care to gain experience working in a
community setting (1.0 WTE). The post holder will work predominantly in the community setting with flexibility to work
within the whole of the Specialist Palliative Care service as is required. This is a 7 day service which runs from 08:00
to 20:00.
The post holder will have substantial years post registration experience, to include palliative, cancer or non-cancer
long term condition nursing. We will consider all transferable skills, but an ability to demonstrate a full holistic
