About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for apalliative care advanced practitioner band 7 to work in the COMPASS (Community
Palliative Advice and support service) in Waltham Forest.Applicants will work as an effective and responsible member of
the palliative care team, providing a consistently high level of specialist palliative care advice to patients with a
life limiting illness. their families and carers throughout the illness journey. You will be required to autonomously
managing a caseload of patients, undertaking a comprehensive assessment of individual patient’s palliative care needs,
working with other teams and communicating effective recommendations to relevant professionals. You will be required to
