About the Role

Are you looking to take the next step in your career, develop your skills into expert clinical practice? If you have an

interest in renal medicine and would like the opportunity to become an expert in renal pharmacy, providing exceptional

care to a highly complex patient cohort, then this could be the role for you.

This position has been designed to provide additional pharmacy input into our dialysis and renal outpatient population.

Work closely with clinicians, nursing colleagues and other members of the MDT to promote safe and effective use of

medicines whilst ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
