Person Assessment and Liaison (OPAL) Team at Charing Cross Hospital. Our Front Door Therapy Team/OPAL provides

opportunity for highly motivated therapists to expand their skills in admission avoidance, complex discharge planning,

and frailty. We pride ourselves in providing a high quality of care for our patients utilising the Comprehensive

Geriatric Assessment (CGA) and working along-side our Frailty Clinical Nurse Specialists, Geriatricians, Doctors and

wider multidisciplinary team.
