Specialist Practitioner Mental Health (Just One Number)

About the Role

To have a high level of clinical expertise in the mental and emotional health needs of children, young people, and their

families, (covering 0-25 years of age) and be able to complete full assessments via telephone and other forms of digital

technology which enable high level and timely clinical decisions to be made. To take accountability for clinical

decisions and demonstrate a high level of clinical judgement, to work autonomously and ensure appropriate action is

taken when clinical risks are identified by self or team member and that the escalation process is followed

appropriately. To be a key clinical point of contact for other members of the skill mix team working within Just One
