Specialist SEN Family Support Worker

About the Role

The SEN Service is seeking to recruit a Family Support Worker at SO1 grade. The post will be in the first instance fixed

term until 31st March 2026. This is subject to funding. The post forms part of the Change Partnership Programme and will

be part of our Local Inclusion Support Offer. This is a new concept for SEN and we are seeking a family support worker

that will be able to work with our families and support them to embed skills started in school at home. They will be

able to support families with some parenting skills where there are additional needs that are impacting on the family.

This may be signposting to Early Help or support with housing needs.
