About the Role
As we prepare to welcome someone new to our Ormiston Supported Living Service, were strengthening leadership across the
team. Were recruiting Specialist Senior Support Workers to help shape this next chapter. Youll guide shifts, mentor
colleagues, and model strong practice in supporting people with a learning disability, autism or brain injury. Were
looking for someone confident in Positive Behaviour Support, comfortable leading others, and grounded in their approach.
Purpose of Role To provide high quality support to people and to mentor, coach, and act as a strong role model for other
staff in order to deliver our Mission. This role includes participation in an on-call rotation outside of regular
