Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals.
• Ensure safety and health of those supported.
• Support independence and social skills development.
• Coach and mentor staff and volunteers.
• Lead team coordination and task management.

Requirements

• 4 years in health or social care, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience with learning disabilities or autism.
• Ability to manage behaviours of concern.
• Full driving licence or independent travel capability.
• Registration with NISCC or relevant body.
