This Specialist Speech and Language Therapist role is within the Tower Hamlets Community Neuro Team which is a

multidisciplinary team (MDT) of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical

Psychologists, a Neuro Navigator / Nurse and Rehab Support Workers.

The Speech and Language Therapy team manage a caseload of patients with and without a neurological diagnosis (e.g,

dementia, COPD). Given the demographics of the borough and the wide-ranging conditions we see, our work can often be
