About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen as we are recruiting as a secondment for the band 6 specialist support nurse Fracture
Liaison Service post. The Fracture Liaison Service works with patients over the age of 50 sustaining a fragility
fracture to identify those with Osteoporosis/at a high risk of further fractures and placing these patients on a
personalised treatment pathway.
Experience working in Trauma and Orthopaedics or Rheumatology is essential. We are looking for an inspiring individual
