About the Role

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a Specialist Trauma and Orthopaedic Occupational Therapist to be part of

the clinical delivery and leadership for orthopaedic patients within the Conquest Hospital and their transition into the

community. Your primary roles will be to:

• enable clinical continuity to improve clinical standards, care pathways and the patient journey

• manage complex clinical care in partnership with individuals, patients and carers

• utilisation of specialist orthopaedic and discharge skills
