About the Role
Join Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Speciality Coordinator in Critical Care. This permanent, Band 7 role requires a motivated Senior Sister/Charge Nurse with extensive experience in a level 2/3 Critical Care environment. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of patient care and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of nursing staff.
- Ensure high standards of compassionate patient care.
- Manage staffing issues and support team development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient safety.
- Monitor and improve patient outcomes and throughput.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in level 2/3 Critical Care.
- Completion of a postgraduate Critical Care Course.
- Evidence of excellent clinical competency at Band 6.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to patient-centred care.

Compensation

Location & Schedule
