About the Role

Join Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Speciality Coordinator in Critical Care. This permanent, Band 7 role requires a motivated Senior Sister/Charge Nurse with extensive experience in a level 2/3 Critical Care environment. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of patient care and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of nursing staff.
• Ensure high standards of compassionate patient care.
• Manage staffing issues and support team development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient safety.
• Monitor and improve patient outcomes and throughput.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in level 2/3 Critical Care.
• Completion of a postgraduate Critical Care Course.
• Evidence of excellent clinical competency at Band 6.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to patient-centred care.

Compensation

Location & Schedule
