Speciality Doctor - Oncology | Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust

About the Role

We are looking for a Specialty Doctor in Oncology to join our existing Oncology team .

Recent strategic developments across the area as part of the Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) has seen the

creation of a single integrated medical team for Oncology working across the three acute trust - Southend, Basildon and

Broomfield in Chelmsford. This role will work from Southend Hospital to support the oncology service on site.

The vision for this larger single team will facilitate cross cover, support increased sub specialisation and facilitate

individual job plans in line with Royal College Guidance on tumour site cover.
