About the Role

The postholder is expected to work on the middle grade tier in the Urgent Treatment Centre provide the relevant

expertise and experience necessary to ensure the efficient primary management of urgent treatment cases. The postholder

will be required to work with the other team members in the management of the department workload. The postholder will

also be expected to provide supervision to the junior members of the team.

There is a CESR programme in place for those doctors who are interested in pursuing a CESR in Emergency Medicine to gain

entry to the Specialist Register. Also offered is the opportunity to undertake quality improvement roles within the
