About the Role
Clinical Governance: Provide clinical care that aligns with recognised protocols and procedures indicative of excellence
in general practice. Ensure safe and efficient medical care in accordance with both national and local standards for the
Urgent Treatment Centre. Address medical concerns reported by patients or their carers appropriately. Collaborate with
the administrative team to highlight cases needing urgent review to the registered GP surgery. Foster a culture of
continuous improvement, patient safety, and clinical excellence. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Work with
relevant stakeholders (UTC management, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Emergency Department management, etc.) to identify
