About the Role

The community team comprises a cohort of experienced practitioners from medical, nursing, social work, occupational

therapy and psychological therapy backgrounds.

There is access to 3 wards, one in each of the boroughs: Holbrook at the Woodlands Unit in Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup

which is a dementia ward with 19 beds, Shepherdleas Ward for functional illnesses at Oxleas House, Queen Elizabeth

Hospital, Woolwich and Scadbury Ward at Green Parks House, Princess Royal University Hospital, Orpington. Patients are

admitted to the wards from the Community teams via the gatekeeping Intensive Hub.
