About the Role

This will be a full-time, substantive Specialty Doctor post in Ophthalmology. The role will deliver clinical activity

across several subspecialties within Ophthalmology. There will be opportunities to become more deeply involved in

specific areas of interest with evidence of appropriate aptitude. The post will assist the department to deliver the

required access times for patients.

The department has a proven track record of supporting and encouraging specialty doctors to gain experience in a variety

of ophthalmic sub-specialties including an opportunity to train in Phaco cataract surgery and possibly gain experience
