Specialty Doctor Urology

About the Role

We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Specialty Doctor in Urology

on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful department.

The Urology department has 9 full time consultants & the department provides cover across a wide spectrum of Urological

Practice including BPH, incontinence, laparoscopic surgery and stones. The Consultants operate a 1 in 8 on call rota

system, The middle grade doctors are on a 1 in 8 rota with 24/7 onsite junior (FY1-2/CT doctors) support and they have a

full 3 tier rota. In addition, the Urology Department is supported by a strong Specialist Nurse / Practitioner team. We
