will provide overall operational leadership and direction to the Oncology Outpatients, Clerical, Administration, and

medical staffing (including outreach medical cover arrangements across three site). The post-holder will co-ordinate the

activities of the medical SBUs, (alongside the service leads and matrons of the other Oncology departments), as well as

working with allied health professional teams that support Oncology patients, thereby ensuring seamless clinical

services are provided to patients through effective medical roster and outpatient performance management on a daily
