About the Role
If you are newly qualified, you will be appointed into this role on a Band 5 preceptorship basis where you will be
required to complete your NQP year. Upon completion you would then progress into a Band 5 development role where you
would be required to complete a list of competencies within a maximum of 12 months. If you are appointed into this role
as a development post you will be appointed as a Band 5, you will be provided with a list of competencies to complete
and an agreed timescale in which to complete these, up to a maximum of 12mths. Competencies will be reviewed in your
supervisions and appraisals. Only on successful completion of these competencies, you will progress to a Band 6. Please
