About the Role

Bolton Adult Speech and Language Team are recruiting a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join our acute team. The

successful applicant will work with stroke and acute patients.

Your role will to offer communication assessment, treatment and management of patients on the Acute Stroke Unit and

across the other adult wards at Royal Bolton Hospital. Once Dysphagia training has been completed in post, your caseload

will include patients with swallowing difficulties. You will be supported by other speech and language therapists at the

hospital and by a speech and language therapy assistant two days a week.
