About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Band 5 staff nurse to join our team on the Acute Assessment Unit

(AAU) and Older Persons Assessment Unit (OPAU).

AAU is a busy 29 bedded unit, we have 13 monitored beds and see a wide range of complex acute conditions on the unit

that include caring for level 2 patients (NIV and Tracheostomy). OPAU is a 20 bedded acute fraility assessment unit. The

unit caters for patients aged 65 and above with acute conditions.

As part of your role as a staff nurse, you will be expected to work and rotate between both areas. You will be working
