Assessing , planning, implementing and evaluating care Develop clinical knowledge to care for unwell adults Safe drug

administration Excellent communication skills to optimise care for unwell patients on AMU 3 Maintaining safe environment

for patients, relatives and colleagues Planning and implementing safe discharge for patients liaising with

multidisciplinary team. Carry out venepuncture , cannulation, VBG, ABG, Blood cultures, catheterisation and managing Peg

feeding Document all care as per NMC guidelines and ensure all patient risk assessments are completed within the

expected time frames
