About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band five pre-assessment staff nurse in the Admissions and Pre-assessment
department. This position has the opportunity to develop skills and experience towards a band six pre-assessment staff
nurse. You will be given numerous opportunities to stretch and challenge yourself. You will work with multiple
departments such as Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy, Complex discharge team, Clinical nurse specialist, Consultant
anaesthetist, surgeons, and the list continues. The aim is for you to work closely or sometimes independently of the
anaesthetist to ensure that your patient is safe to proceed to have surgery.
